PHCash16 Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

Each person is permitted to hold one phcash16 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering with phcash16, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. phcash16 will not be liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information you have provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcash16 login credentials. All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility. phcash16 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage, including at registration, before approving a withdrawal, or when unusual activity is detected. All phcash16 deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). There is no foreign currency conversion, and no exchange rate fees are charged by phcash16. The payment channels available for Philippine members include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards.

phcash16 accepts deposits only from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits funded from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any account found to have received third-party funds may be suspended pending investigation, and the deposited funds may be returned to the source.

• Minimum deposit at phcash16: ₱100
• Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the member account area and vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your phcash16 wallet after confirmation from the payment processor, typically within a few minutes for GCash and Maya.
• phcash16 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, bank maintenance windows or public holidays.
• Deposits credited to phcash16 accounts in error must be reported immediately. Using funds credited in error constitutes a breach of these Terms.

phcash16 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the member's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals to a different method or to a third party's account are not permitted.

• Minimum withdrawal at phcash16: ₱200
• Your identity verification (KYC) must be complete before your first withdrawal is approved.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5 minutes during operating hours.
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes.
• phcash16 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals.
• Funds subject to active bonus rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawals of deposits that have not been used for any wagering activity may be subject to a processing review.
• phcash16 will not be liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or payment provider.

Withdrawals requested outside of standard processing hours will be queued and processed in order when operations resume. phcash16 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission in cases where additional verification is required.

phcash16 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and other incentives to eligible members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Standard bonus conditions at phcash16 include:

• Rollover / Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 5× or 10×) across eligible games before any withdrawal is permitted. The exact requirement is stated in each promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to rollover. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are shown in the promotion details.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• No Abuse: phcash16 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to deliberate low-risk betting patterns designed to meet rollover with minimal risk.

All sports bets placed at phcash16 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the member after acceptance unless phcash16 determines that a wager was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifestly incorrect odds.

• phcash16 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to system error, data feed fault or human error.
• If an event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In accumulator (parlay) bets, a voided leg is removed and the ticket recalculated on the remaining selections at their original odds.
• Live in-play bets placed at phcash16 after the outcome of the relevant event or market has already been determined will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum single bet limits vary by sport, event and market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• phcash16 may limit maximum payouts on any single event or accumulator at its discretion.

Live casino games at phcash16 — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game shows — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from the game interface. phcash16 adopts those rules and they form part of these Terms for the relevant game.

• Once a live casino bet is confirmed and the game round begins, it cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, phcash16 will settle the bet based on the documented game result. If no result was reached, the bet stake will be returned.
• phcash16 is not responsible for disruptions caused by the member's internet connection, device issues or power outages on the member's end.
• Any technical malfunction on the phcash16 platform or the game provider's side that prevents fair game completion will result in a void and refund for the affected round.
• Screenshots or video recordings of live games presented by members do not override the official game results recorded by phcash16's system logs and the provider's certified RNG or live dealing records.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phcash16 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and — where evidence supports it — permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one phcash16 account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal information, another person's identity documents or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to phcash16.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information or exploit multiplayer game mechanics.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of phcash16 promotions through deliberate low-risk betting, matched-bet patterns, use of multiple accounts or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Chargeback abuse: Disputing legitimate phcash16 transactions with your payment provider after having received services or winnings.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets at phcash16 without genuine human decision-making.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds at phcash16 for any purpose other than genuine entertainment play, including as a method of transferring, converting or concealing funds of illegal origin.

phcash16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Identity verification documents cannot be confirmed or are suspected to be fraudulent;
• Unusual betting patterns suggest match-fixing involvement, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct;
• A member's payment method is associated with fraudulent or disputed transactions;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account restrictions; or
• A member requests voluntary self-exclusion under phcash16's responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, phcash16 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Funds confirmed as legitimately won prior to the breach may be returned at phcash16's discretion after the investigation concludes. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited in full.

Members who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting phcash16 support at support@phcash16.net. Any remaining balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method after standard checks are completed.

phcash16 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that online gaming should always remain an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults — never a financial strategy, a way to cover debts or a coping mechanism for stress or personal difficulties.

phcash16's total cumulative liability to any member for any cause of action arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phcash16 does not guarantee that the platform will be available, error-free or uninterrupted at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults and third-party service disruptions may affect availability. phcash16 will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service promptly.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of phcash16 shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which phcash16 holds its operating licence. phcash16 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and any relevant international regulatory requirements.

In the event of a dispute, members are encouraged to contact phcash16 support at support@phcash16.net in the first instance. phcash16 aims to resolve all member complaints within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, members may escalate through the relevant regulatory body applicable to phcash16's licence.

phcash16 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcash16 will notify members by email, on-site notification or by posting a prominent notice on phcash16.net. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of phcash16 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account by contacting phcash16 support.
